| ||Alice Collins, president of CENTURY 21 Collins Realty, Inc., moved to St. George Island in July of 1973 with her husband John Collins and their eight year old son Johnny. |
John Collins made his first trip to the Island in 1959 and bought a residential home site for $500. When John and Alice married in 1960, they spent their honeymoon on St. George Island. After many visits to the Island, they decided to make it their full-time home.
Prior to their move to the Island, Alice had been working in the commercial real estate field in Tallahassee since 1960. After her move in 1973, with only 20 full-time residents on the Island, Alice opened a real estate office. Since that time, Collins Realty has grown from a one person part-time business to a 24-person full-time staff and agents and 2 part-time employees.
On November 1, 1992, Collins Realty joined forces with the #1 real estate sales organization in the world and became CENTURY 21 Collins Realty, Inc.
| ||Ticia Lipscomb is a native Floridian, living in Franklin County since 1991 with her husband Sam and three children, Heather, Jesse and Shelby. She has been with the CENTURY 21 Collins Realty team since 1994. Initially in rentals moving to the sales office in the fall of 1996, Ticia was promoted to Sales Office Manager in February 2002 and is responsible for monitoring the day to day activities involving property and residential sales of real estate.|
Ticia is the secretary of Keep Franklin County Beautiful and Secretary/Treasurer of the St. George Island Charity Chili Cookoff.
In her spare time, she can be found riding bicycles, taking long walks on the beach, fishing or working in her yard
| ||Karen Kembro came to Apalachicola in April of 1979 on vacation, fell in love with the area, bought a house and moved here in September of 1979. |
She is married to lifelong resident Fred Kembro who is a local charter fishing captain. Between them, they have three sons, one daughter and six grandchildren.
Karen joined the CENTURY 21 Collins Realty team in August 2001 as a sales receptionist. Prior to joining Collins Realty, she worked in the fields of banking and office management.
Karen loves to fish and caught an IGFA world record tripletail in 1988. When not fishing, she likes to spend time in the garden, playing the piano, doing needlework or reading.
| ||Celeste Crews, a native of Franklin County, joined the staff of Century 21 Collins Realty, Inc. in October 2004. Her primary responsibility is the advertising of homes and property for sale. |
Celeste is married to Ryan and they are the proud parents of Shaylee, five. Spare time for Celeste revolves around Shaylee's activities including soccer and school.
