Jean and Gary discovered St. George Island while attending Florida State University in the early 1970's.  The couple lived in Tallahassee for over 30 years, but always felt like the St. George Island and Apalachicola area was their second home.  Since the late 1980's, Jean and Gary have been actively involved in investing on St. George Island and in Apalachicola. In the summer of 2005, they were fortunate enough to make the area their permanent residence.

Jean graduated from Florida State University with a Master's degree in Education, and taught for over 20 years.  She has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 1987 and became a licensed Broker Associate in December of 2013. She has her GRI designation and is a certified Resort and Second Home Property  Specialist.  Jean is a past President for the Realtors Association of Franklin and Gulf Counties and was a member of the Board of Directors and MLS committee.  She is also a current member of the Board of Directors for the Apalachicola Bay Chamber of Commerce.

Gary graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Education and taught for 20 years in the Leon County School system.  He has been a licensed contractor since 1987, specializing in coastal construction.  Over the years, he has built homes in the Florida Panhandle, from WaterColor to Summer Camp, but his primary focus has always been St. George Island.  He has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2009 and is a long-standing member of the Apalachicola Chamber of Commerce.

Jean's an Gary's experience in home construction and coastal investment properties are an excellent asset to all of their clients.  They value the trust of their clients and embrace good communication as the foundation of a successful working relationship.
